Operations Manager:
Work Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Mon-Fri/40 hrs./wk.
Wages: $90,126/year
Duties: Review financial statements, sales or activity reports, or other performance data to measure productivity or goal achievement or to identify areas needing cost reduction or program improvement. Ensuring that policies and procedures set forth by the company are followed. Direct and coordinate activities of businesses or departments concerned with the production, pricing, sales, or distribution of products. Reconcile accounts payables and receivables. Analyze all computer inputs and outputs. Prepare staff work shecules and assign specific duties. Monitor suppliers to ensure that they efficiently and effectively provide needed goods or sercices within budgetary limits. Monitor and assist with all computer entries (billing, dispatching, payroll, etc.) and find solutions when necessary.
